This telehealth service provided education, organise e consultation and act as the moderator that helps to team up two ends of the health services and helps to bridge the communication gap or availability gap only. Nex e/m is a digital platform or telehealth service and an online educational program.
These services are only for an adult aged 18 or above, who can give their consents.
LICENCE AND USE
Subject to your agreement and compliance of these Terms, Nex e/m grants you a non-transferable, general, in-sub-licensable and limited license to use and avail the Service solely for your own personal, educational and non-commercial purposes.

This information will be held and used by the Nex ems Privacy Policy. In all situations, accurate information is solicited for the best services. Any updates should be immediately communicated to the communication team as soon as possible.

TERMINATION OF SERVICE
If found against the policy, we may terminate the access to the Services to the member at any time by giving a notice of such termination either via email or posted on the Service.
Nex em has the right to service if it is against the policy and the agreement by the unit.
In this event, Nex e/m might issue an alternative warning or suspend your account.
This service that might not be available to your device and machine temporarily or permanently.

When your Account
or any other subscription to the Services is terminated for some reason or suspended your device is temporarily or permanently debarred from accessing some specific e-Services.
CANCELLATION OF ACCOUNT
All account holders have all the rights to terminate their account at any time, that’s under the agreement rules. If for some reason you do not agree to these terms, it’s better not to use the services.
Any conflict related to, or arising out of, these Terms, the Services or the Content or any change, therefore, or the amount fees or membership, billing methods, or any change to the charges will be discussed under particular member page.

MENT FOR ANY EMERGENCY PHYSICAL OR MEDICAL OR MENTAL HEALTH CONDITIONS. THE CLIENT SHOULD BE IN CONTACT WITH THE LOCAL HELAH SERVICE FOR ANY SUCH INCIDENCES.
AGREE THAT NEXEM WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ANY DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE OR , DATA OR OTHER LOSSES THAT IS TANGIBLE OR INTANGIBLE RESULTING FROM (i) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE APPROPRIATELY, YOUR UNAVAILABILITY TO SERVICES; OR (ii) ANY DIFFERENT ASSOCIATED MATTER RELATING TO NEX EMS SERVICE.
THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS IF LAWFUL IN YOUR JURISDICTION OR COUNTRY WILL APPLY TO YOU AS COSTUMER AND OUR LIABILITY AS SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
RELEASE & INDEMNIFICATION
You hereby agree to save, and hold the NEX em team harmless towards claims,or losses, any damages, liabilities, including legal fees and expenses, arising out of your use or misuse of the Services, any violation of these Terms, or future breach of the representations, warranties, and covenants made by you herein. Nex em as an organisation reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defence if needed and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and henceforth you agree to cooperate with our protection of these claims. Nex e/m will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such suit, action, or proceeding upon becoming aware of it.
