Nex e/m is a social enterprise created for the purpose of supporting vulnerable groups, such as the youth and immigrants who are unable to reach help, due to barriers such as stigma or practical constraints. This support service extends to those who find it hard to reach to health education and counselling or are ignorant to certain health conditions.
As a public health education platform, Nex e/m will endeavour to educate people irrespective of socio-economic background or geographic location. Through various digital media and by connecting people across the world, we aim to reach to people in need.

Telehealth refers to the use of modern information and communication technologies to improve access to health care and information, primarily among providers and patients; initially targeted to serve rural and underserved areas. This market is characterized by constant technological advancements to keep pace with the changing patient needs. The growth of this market is majorly fueled by improving healthcare IT infrastructure, increasing awareness about benefits of telemedicine, favourable government initiatives & reforms/policies supporting digital health, and a growing focus on population health management.
Telehealth refers to a broader scope of remote healthcare services; in particular, non-clinical services, such as provider training, administrative meetings and continuing medical education. This is in addition to clinical services. Telemedicine, however, is a subset of telehealth that refers solely to clinical health care services.
eHealth applications are the software and services that manage, transmit, store or record information used in the delivery of healthcare treatment, payment or record keeping. Typically, eHealth applications use the Internet to transmit and store patient data either for a provider or payer.These health-related services can also be on smartphones and tablet PCs. Due to their accessibility to patients both at home and on-the-go, health apps are a part of the movement towards mobile health (mHealth) programs in health care.And the providers should handle with professionals and registered bodies.

It’s no secret that globally the Mental Health sector is facing a shortage of trained professionals and financing with the World Health Organization reporting that on average, only 1 to 6 per cent of health budgets are spent on mental health.Mental health is one of the biggest causes of disability and carries an enormous economic burden in many countries, including India.It is estimated that 1 in every 5 people suffer from some behavioural or mental health problem especially in productive age of 20 to 40, mental health illness rate is very high among Indians. Suicide is at its alarming high and many don’t come forward to the public due to social stigma and humiliation that results from this. A major consequence of this is that the whole family and community suffer from its ripple effect. It is a preventable condition with right We need to know how to overcome the barrier of stigma to be able to discuss mental health issues. Nex e/m will provide a platform to reach to groups as a public health platform.
People abuse substances such as tobacco, drugs and alcohol for varied and complicated reasons. Substance abuse may begin in childhood or teen years. Early recognition of this addiction increases the chances for successful treatment.
Our counselling service will help in behavioural or post-traumatic cases both amongst children and adult in a confidential way. Experienced professionals will provide it through the telehealth services provided by Nex e/m portal. Online CBT(cognitive behavioural therapy) is a very successful programme around the world and can reach wider and more specific groups and individual.
E-health for Chronic Diseases
Chronic conditions such as Diabetics(Type2), heart disease, stroke, cancer, depression, es, obesity, and arthritis affect an estimated 117 million people. Chronic diseases can be disabling and reduce a person’s quality of life, especially if left undiagnosed or untreated. In some case a lower limb is amputated as a consequence of diabetes.
As cases are increasing day by day. It is estimated that by 2025, nearly half of the population across the world will be affected by a chronic condition. This is a health challenge that the current method of care delivery is ill-equipped to support either due to lack of specialist or facilities.Fortunately, telemedicine can aid in chronic case management and will reduce the requirement to visit doctors, whilst simultaneously providing the support with a patient in need. The use of video visits for the management of chronic conditions benefits both patients and providers in a number of ways. way. E public health and Mobile Health
Mobile mammogram, ultrasound units are used for various population groups. Images are sent directly through the health support IT system and readings are done as soon as possible. Further follow up are done after reviewing the primary screening images. These methods help many people who are unaware or are unreachable to the specialist service centre to get a basic screening done.
